Tilak Mahavidyalaya, Auraiya, is a highly prestigious institution in the field of higher education. It has produced many scientists, academicians, officials, doctors, teachers, politicians, etc. in the past. Currently, the college is engaged in preparing value-based, skilled, honest, and responsible citizens, and achieving other noble goals.

Tilak Mahavidyalaya, Auraiya, envisions itself as a prestigious institution in the field of higher education and a prominent place among the country's pre-eminent institutions, constantly responsive to changes in the scientific, economic, and social spheres, and using knowledge to promote and protect dignity, equality, and social justice for all. To realize its vision, the College undertakes the following tasks:
❖ To provide and create high-quality education in various disciplines such as social sciences and humanities, natural sciences, computer science, commerce, and business management to a wide range of students from all sections of society.
❖ To promote autonomous research and disseminate knowledge through strong undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs.
❖ To ensure equal opportunities for all and not discriminate on the basis of caste, class, gender, and religion.
❖ To provide freedom of expression to all its stakeholders.
❖ To respect the cultural, ideological, and intellectual diversity of its stakeholders.
Objectives
The mission of Tilak Mahavidyalaya, Auraiya, is to attract students from all backgrounds (rural and urban) and educate them through mental discipline and social awareness, and to fully develop their intellectual, moral, civic, and creative capacities. The objective of this education is to inculcate in students a deep awareness of Indian heritage, enabling them to lead and serve in every sphere of human activity. The College works towards its mission by:

❖ Focusing on personality development of students through self-awareness, positive attitude, and leadership qualities.
❖ Developing as an institution of excellence in various academic, research, and extracurricular activities.

❖ To provide students with personalized learning and training programs that enable them to meet global standards of higher education.
❖ To provide students with opportunities that promote personal and social development through multicultural activities, health programs, and sports activities.
❖ To provide students with employment opportunities.
❖ To continuously review the college's resources and bring them up to the desired standards.
